Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Concorde pair. If the fit isn't right, we are happy to assist.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within **7 days** of delivery.
- Shoes must be tried on a soft surface (carpet) to prevent scuffing.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please note: The shoe box is considered part of the product. Returns with damaged or missing boxes will not be accepted.

Local Delivery (Bahrain): 1-2 Business Days.
Regional
GCC Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.
Note
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
